EDIT: I've had the pack uploaded a Facebook page I manage already, but deleted the link there and redirected it to here.
All needed instructions are included inside the file inside a ReadMe. If it isn't obvious yet, it's based on the Wings West Civic from 1999 which was built by Super Street, Wings West and Hot Wheels. It's featured in the March 2001 issue of Super Street Magazine if you wanna know more about it. I tried to remake it as accurate as possible, but since I couldn't find a good reference of the Carcraft logo, I used the Underground logo instead.
