Yes, but its too high-poly... I can render it without problems, but others cant. Also, I have found some normals issues.

You should resize the texture to 256x256, the vinyl looks 100% better.

if ur looking for a dash, i recommend asking Owl for his BMW M3 GTR Most Wanted Dash from NFS Porsche Unleashed. Also the exhaust was on the left side, the interior was gray, and there was a Sparco steering wheel. Other than that, great conversion! :)
