It all works fine for me.

@Gamer boy - load db.vlt, then load frontend.vlt; it should work fine. Otherwise you might need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

can u please tell me how to edit the values of the db.vlt file please? example am trying to mod the MASS of the carrera gt from 1400 to 1200 but dont know how to do that, or change the nitro duration, example i want to increase its duration 1 second.. or change its refill to make it faster.. but dont know how to do it.. could u please help me? am new on this but ive figured it to get to the db.vlt file :)
