my NFS MW has a problem with the sky. my reflection rate has to be turned to the max (thereby slowing down the game) so that the sky wont blink. will this download fix my problem?

I have a P4 HT @2,8GHz, 504MB RAM, a 64MB Intel i915G Express Chipset and this utility cant activate the Motion Blur, Rain, Visual Treatment and OverBright visual effects. Also i cant activate them from the NFSMW options menu.

Im not gonna bother with this program unless Im told I may need it.

I have an A64 3400+ ocd @ 2.7 ghz (stock 2.4) w/ 1gig ram and a PCI xpress X800 256mb gddr3.

I can pretty much run the game full out max most of the time with no interference... I just leave Vsync off and it will run without a hitch, so Im wondering. is this worth my time?

Well, I have an Athlon XP 2600+(@ 2900+), 1GB of ram, a 128mb(+ 256MB of graphics mapped system ram) Geforce 6600GT AGP card, and I have everything maxed but AA on 1/3 of the slider and Vsync off cause it only slows the game down, res is 1024x768 and I get about 25-30 fps all the time.

AMD Dual-Core Optimizer - The AMD Dual-Core Optimizer can help improve some PC gaming video performance by compensating for those applications that bypass the Windows API for timing by directly using the RDTSC (Read Time Stamp Counter) instruction. Applications that rely on RDTSC do not benefit from the logic in the operating system to properly account for the affect of power management mechanisms on the rate at which a processor core's Time Stamp Counter (TSC) is incremented. The AMD Dual-Core Optimizer helps to correct the resulting video performance effects or other incorrect timing effects that these applications may experience on dual-core processor systems, by periodically adjusting the core time-stamp-counters, so that they are synchronized.

why in my game the ''over bright'', ''motion blur'', ''visual treatment'' are not available even with this graphics optimizer?

Japandrifter

Of course, that means your graphic card didn't support them
btw, motion blur is not avaible options even for the best graphic card
because it's automaticly turned on if the visual treatment turned on
My rig is P4 3.0GHz, 2Gb of RAM, and nVidia geforce 6200 256mb DDR2 AGP
and I play with all high, with 640x480, no shadow, no vsync, car reflection update 1/3, no anti aliasing, and the game runs fine in every time:)

Thanks! I never understood the point of motion blur in a racing game. When you drive 200mph, the scenery changes so fast that you really don't need anything else to it.

seems to be running fine here folks on all full settings. Currently trying this mod to run with the new textures mod. I need to disable the visual treatment (since in-game settings could only allow me to set it to "low") because it ruins the good textures.

Currently running nfs mw on a laptop
- intel core i7-2620
- 6 gigs of ram
- 1 gb ATI radeon 6630m

cheers
