oh...the camera hack...this was up in ND4SPDwolrd years ago...

No i think this is an actual Camera angle (Like the extra long one that some MW Mod Cars have), not the do-it-yourself camhack.
EDIT: No i was wrong, hes uploaded the camhack, but lucky for him no-ones put it here yet.

Can someone explain properly how to use it please?
@powerof1000: Run the program, take a look to it, you will see that some actions will be done by some specific buttons. Remember them, then run the game. Go in a race, or in the free roam (where ever, just not in the menus of the game) and then use those buttons. Thats it. It will give you some choices for the camera positions, one of them is the nearest one to what you want. now use the buttons which you can change the position sideways and upward/downwards. where ever you set it to be, it will remain like that. the program also has a key to get out of that mode. so you can come back to default cameras too.
