I think you have tested Other Pursuit MODs Which starts working
only if you have defeted Bull(#black No.2)
But this start working form black No.15
If you run with police for 35 sec then the mod start working
Try from Begning of the game
Now police coming by looking your black list position not heat level
If you comes top of the black list more power full plice join with
copmidsize and copghost
plz do not use Trainers

If you like get heat level up to 7 or 10
download and install http://allnfs.ru/downloads.php?view=1061 for 1-7
download and install http://www.nfscars.net/file/view/mostwanted/10428.aspx for 1-10
(you shuld install 1-7,befor it else it will not worke)
