Description
This mod makes the game look darker during sunset and replaces the sky with a more night looking one, taken from Pro Street (and it also replaces the daytime one into one that I think looks a bit better).
In the game, the time of day is defined by what area of the map you are currently driving on. So this mod affects the East, North East and West areas of the map.
The screenshots are a bit too dark and don't do it much justice but I think it looks better in game. It's still a work in progress.
It requires NFS-VltEd 4.2 from nfs-tools.
Please let me know if you encounter any issue after installing this.
EDIT: New version (v2), changed the Gold Coast Highway ambiance colors to make them more pink-ish instead of dark brown, so that it blends better with the rest and imo it looks a bit more realistic than in the previous version of the mod. Hopefully the rest still works as it did before.
