savegame editor nfsu2?

i've been all over the net but i can't seem to find a savegame editor for this game however i've seen others nfsu1 and mw but is there someone that has a savegame editor is that i would like to start my career mode with rachels car (it always does ) but i downloaded a profile creator so this way i get accsess to the vinyls, engine upgrades and bodykits (but somehow i never get metallic paint to recreate her car) anyone here can help me by either have rachels car completely as is but in stead of anther car or something or a cheat or trick in order to get the metalic paint
