Why would you want to program more? Theres only dispatch sounds for requesting backup, 1075 (Roadblock), change in condition, police reports, going into federal hands, requesting a chopper, spike strips, and thats about it.

You would probably have to make the program yourself. I'm not sure which file it is, but download the music extractor, and edit the .bat file, change the files, so it extracts the dispatch sounds instead.

Edit: The files are located in \SOUND\SPEECH they are the following:

copspeech.big
copspeech.csi
copspeech.evt
copspeech.idx

I tried changing the .bat file for all of them, but none of them work. Maybe you can find a better programmer that will be able to make something to do it.

Sorry, you'll have to compile it to an executable. I'm on vacation this week. When I get back to work next week, I'll post a version of schl .exe file online for you.

Couldn't you just make an MS-DOS Batch File? It can be like an .exe, cuz it can extract stuff. Like the MW music extractor. That's a .bat file. Also can the police siren sounds be extracted? They sound really good, or I could just record and save as a WAV. I might do that.

In other news: At least 93% of the forums think Dark Ritual sucks at converting. If you are one of the 7% who thinks Dark Ritual doesn't suck at converting, copy this into your sig.

The binary: (cmd line tool, not GUI)

http://www.xentax.com/uploads/author/dandapani/schl.exe

It takes a single file containing SCHL segments and extracts each section into individual files. Likely you'll need to run the individual files through a converter to make them wav as indicated in my other post (link above).
