NOTE: backup the "GlobalB.lzc" file.
Open the NFS-TexEd-0.9.1 tool which is inside the "LICENSEPLATE" folder.
Go to "Archive" and click "Open". Select the file "Gobalb.lzc" found in this path: "Need for Speed Most Wanted\GLOBAL".
Select "line 38". Go again in the tool click on "Texture" then "Import"
Select the "DDS" file of your choice" found in the folder you downloaded "LICENSEPLATE".
Click "Save" and have fun!
