Description
Start the game with the .exe in the archive.
The colors are the textures behind sky textures, they change colors depending on which area you are on ( downtown= green, fortuna = blue, canyons = blue and white, and more)
NOTE: This is a 1.4 English NFSC.exe, if you are currently not using the version i reccommend you to update/install the patch (to avoid bugs)
This was actually a failed Enchanced Visual Treatment mod by me :( it's actually enabled in this exe but then the visual treatment option is not usable now :( srry
