ALGERIAN FLAG NEONS

this is my first tool 4 NFSMW

this tool is algerian flag neon
its not from NFSWORLD because NFSWORLD didnt make this neon (they make only french flag neon)

HOW TO USE IT????
1-extract the zip
2-open textmod (if you dont have one download link is http://www.fileplanet.com/205418/download/Texmod-v0.9b) TELL ME IF DOWNLOAD LINK IS BROKEN
3-in target application button choose speed.exe
4-go to package mod
5-click the folder and find ALGERIAN NEON.tpf(extract the zip b4 that)
6-select the package in package name
7-clikc run and enjoy

QUESTIONS
WHY USE TEXTMOD INSTEAD OF NFSTEXED???
ANSWER IS IF I USE NFSTEXTED TO INSTALL AN NEON THE NEON WONT WORK FOR ME
INSIDES OF THAT TEXTMOD IS EASIER THAN THE BREAKMIND OF NFSTEXED

9-if you to use this neon with nfsmw modloader version do those steps
backup your Speed.exe (to avoid any problem)
Create a shortcut of Speed.exe which is inside the directory where you have installed NFS:MW. Right click on the shortcut & click on Properties. Then in the target box add '-mod' at the end without commas & leave a space between it & speed.exe. Then click on Apply & OK.
Then redo steps 2.3.4.5.6.7 in HOW TO USE IT???? section
