Open your directory
x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL
then
use your nfs TexEd (ANY VERSION)
open the texture in
x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL\GlobabB.LZC
find (1-89-DXT1-nfs_u2_mw-CARBONFIBRE)
then replace old textures to new textures. done

save and open the game
