Description
Blue Neon Barriers

Description: This mod changes the arrows from the standard color to blue.
!!This mod is used in conjuction with the Minimalistic neon barriers (only arrows, no walls) mod by BadHairDay [https://www.nfscars.net/need-for-speed-underground-2/6/files/view/17046/]. I'm not sure how the mod will look w/o this installed, so I'd recommend installing that mod first before this.
Installation:
1. In your NFSU2 folder, open the GLOBAL folder. Make a backup copy of "InGameCommon.lzc".
2. Open NFS Tex-Ed, run as admin [included in mod folder]
3. Open InGameCommon.lzc file.
4. In the first texture file (71 textures), locate "OBJ_TRACKBARRIERB_NEON_".
5. Click on it, then use Ctrl + I to replace.
6. Find the downloaded mod file, then replace it.
7. Use Ctrl + S to save.
That's it, enjoy!
If you want to remove it, replace the InGameCommon file with your backup.
